How much does shipping cost?+
Standard U.S. shipping is $7.95, and free on orders of $100.00 or more. Express shipping is $18.00. See our Shipping Policy.
When will my order arrive?+
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–7 business days; express takes 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
What is your return policy?+
You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. U.S. returns are free. See our Return & Refund Policy.
How long do refunds take?+
We issue refunds to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
How do I find my size?+
Each product lists fit notes, and our Size Guide has full body measurements. Still unsure? Ask us — we're happy to help.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Yes, within 2 hours of placing it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
