Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses). Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Order processing
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 pm Pacific Time, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day. During sale periods processing may take up to one extra business day.
Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can occasionally affect them.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses). We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may take an additional 2–4 business days.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.
Sales tax
Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and shown at checkout.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll update it. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
