2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

3. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, colours and measurements accurately. Because screens vary, colours may appear slightly different from the actual item. Product measurements are provided in our Size Guide and may vary by up to 1–2 cm due to the nature of garment manufacturing. All products are sold new.

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). Shipping charges and any applicable sales tax are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, processed securely by Stripe. Your card is charged when you place your order.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error — in which case you will receive a full refund. You may cancel or change an order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics, logos and designs — is owned by or licensed to Elowen Clothing LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer, are valid only during the stated period, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elowen Clothing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
